At Rider Italiano, we don't simply take mass-produced motorcycle gear from a warehouse shelf. Our motorcycle jackets, pants, racing suits, gloves, and riding gear are carefully crafted to order.
From selecting quality leather and materials to cutting, stitching, assembling, and finishing each piece, your gear is made with attention to detail and built specifically for you.
Whether you need a classic leather jacket, motorcycle riding suit, pants, gloves, or a fully customized design, we work to create gear that matches your style, fit, and requirements.
1. Our Crafting Process
Because quality craftsmanship takes time, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be crafted, assembled, and quality-checked.
For customized products, production time may vary depending on the design and requirements. We will confirm the estimated production time before or after your order is placed.
Once your gear has passed our quality check, it will be prepared for dispatch.
2. Global Delivery
We ship our motorcycle gear worldwide through trusted international courier services.
At checkout or during order confirmation, available shipping options will be provided based on your location.
- Standard Worldwide Shipping: Our regular international delivery option. Delivery generally takes around 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier service.
- Express Shipping: If you need your gear sooner, an express shipping option may be available for selected destinations. Express orders are handled through a faster courier service where available.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as international shipments may be affected by customs, weather, or courier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey to your home or delivery address.
4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed before the order is placed.
Customs processing times may also affect the final delivery date.

5. Custom Orders
We offer customization on selected products, including motorcycle jackets, pants, racing suits, gloves, colors, designs, names, logos, patches, and other details, depending on the product.
Before production begins, we may confirm your measurements, design, colors, and customization details.
Customized or made-to-measure products are made specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or incorrect personal preferences.
Please make sure that all measurements and customization details provided to us are accurate.
If there is a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by our error, please contact us so we can review and resolve the matter.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return for eligible standard, non-customized products within 7 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
- The customer must contact us before sending the product back.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-measure products are generally not eligible for return unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was made incorrectly by Rider Italiano.

7. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer
Motorcycling and motorcycle riding involve inherent risks of accidents, injury, and property damage.
By purchasing and using products from Rider Italiano, the customer acknowledges these risks and understands that motorcycle gear cannot guarantee complete protection against injury.
Our products should be used properly and for their intended purpose. Riders should always follow safe riding practices and comply with applicable motorcycle safety laws and regulations.
Rider Italiano is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, misuse, modification, incorrect fitting, or use of our products outside their intended purpose.

By purchasing from Rider Italiano, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Rider Italiano reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.
Payments
Payment must be completed according to the agreed payment terms before production or shipment begins.
For customized or made-to-measure products, production will generally begin after the required payment and order details have been confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs clearance, and other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Rider Italiano is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to the return policy described above.
Customized, personalized, and made-to-measure products generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or personal preference.
Products with confirmed manufacturing defects may qualify for repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Shipping Liability
Once an order has been handed over to and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment is subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.
This may include situations such as:
- Shipping delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Carrier handling damage
- Customs delays
- Weather-related delays
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Delivery errors caused by the carrier
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and providing a correct and secure delivery address.
If a package is delayed or appears to be lost, customers should contact Rider Italiano so we can assist with the carrier inquiry where possible.
Rider Italiano does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
